School started again this week. Even though we really do love our kids almost all of the time, it was nice for them to be able to get back into their routine. They are no longer 'so bored'.
I tried formatting the pictures below, but this program is a little difficult, so instead, we will play a guess who game.

Carter is starting 1st grade. He has a few kids from last year in his class.
Kyle is going into 5th grade and has the same teacher he has had for the last 2 years. He also has some of his same friends in his class.
Emily is going into 6th grade. She is planning on being a bus buddy - who helps the kindergardener and 1st graders get to the bus, along with being involved with the media club (they do the morning announcements), and the Shakespeare club.
Allison started 8th grade. Big time. She has friends in most of her classes and most of her friends have the same lunch as her.
Also featured - all 4 of them lined up in the morning and a picture of the 3 younger ones at the bus.
Not pictured - Mom and Dad's dance of joy after they were all out the door... just kidding. ok, just kidding about the just kidding.

They are growing up way too fast! We start school a week from Tuesday so we will be doing the hip hip hooray dance party then!!

I love the pictures of them lined up; each a head taller then the next one. Now maybe you'll get some work done Tye; oh forgot April will still be hanging around to distract you. Enjoy your alone time!
I just have to laugh at the expression on Allison's face. She sure does seem to be a teenager!!! I think Emily is cute...glad that she can still smile a normal happy smile!!
