Setting up the tent in the rain. Yes, it started raining about 10 minutes before we pulled in. The inside of the tent got a little wet, because you can't put on the rain-fly until the tent is up. 
Here we are on a capsized tree. No, we didn't do it - we found it this way.
A girl and her dog... if only for a day. This dog, Bella, got more attention between Allison and Emily than it was probably used to. They really had a good time with her.Carter demonstrates some feats of balance. (video)

Check you all out-CAMPING with the family!! I am so proud of you all!! We put the tent up in the basement a couple of weeks ago-and the kids were in heaven. I think for now that is what we will make our kids think is "Camping".
Allison told me she was supposed to talk you all into going camping; glad she did. Looks like it was a fun camping experience; brings back some good and not so good memories. Don't let your tent fly away like our big tent did.
